Long-lasting workhorses in my kitchen I really like this cookware. This is my second set, replacing one that was about 10 years old. The only difference between these pans and my originals, was the rolled edge on the originals. Anyway, in the past I have found the nonstick inside to be very, very durable, but I do take good care of mine. I never put it in the dishwasher, and I keep towels in between stacked pans, and never use metal utensils. I also mostly use them on heat no higher than medium high. That said, they have outlasted…
