Best non-stick pan I have used After reading that all non-stick pans eventually lose their coating I had always bought cheap T-Fal pans. They worked fine but always seemed flimsy compared to my All Clad cookware and did not retain heat. I had replaced them every year or so once they stopped being non-stick. Excellent quality I have owned the large (14″) version of this for quite some time, having bought it at Sam’s years ago. But, I’m not a member any more, and I was pleased to find this (10″) pan on Amazon. The 10″ skillet is my workhorse, and I go through a couple of them a year.
