Use & Care of Nonstick Stainless steel Skillet
When using for the first time, first clean the skillet with detergent, then pour the oil into the skillet, heat slowly, stop when smoking slightly, let the skillet cool naturally, then wash and dry.
If the frying pan is discolored, add a little vinegar to the discolored area and wipe it clean.
*Handles will get hot in oven or on high gas flame, protect yourself from the heat hurt

I was pleased to confirm that this frying pan has a double base, so that it is more substnatial and conducts heat more reliably. The black cube refers to the non-stick surface, which truly is— it allows the use of metal tongs [and forks] and truly is non-stick.
