Yesterday I made an omelette and forgot to turn the burner off afterward. FINALLY…the non-stick cookware I’ve been waiting for! Best set of non-stick cookware ever. As long as you don’t cook at high temps or use metal utensils, the finish will last. We bought this set after having one of their fry pans for a year, still with no problems. Everything browns evenly with no oil, the pans are nicely balanced, and the lid fits well.
