Highly recommend I try to stay away from Teflon products, but it was killing me on the inside trying to cook eggs in cast iron or ceramic so I finally broke down and bought another non stick pan, because eggs are important dang it. It’s wonderful. It’s beautiful. It’s everything I ever wanted and more. With just a spritz of cooking spray, my eggs are sliding around the pan effortlessly, flying through the air with a flick of the wrist. I try to hide the tears of joy that inevitably come when I flip an omelette…
