  1. teflon coated aluminum pan Looks great but this is an aluminum pan covered with teflon. It may outlast all the other aluminum coated pans but I would have preferred a coatedstainless steel fry pan. Because aluminum has been fingered as a cause of alzheimers disease and teflon does go into your food, I will only use this as an omelet pan and continuing to stir fry in my stainless steel pan.There may be other options if you order directly from France but anything in the states is going to be aluminum and their…

  2. The Best I’ve Used! This is the best non-stick pan I think I’ve ever yet used. It has some heft to it – but the best part is the large bottom surface area. I bought the 10-inch pan which is just right for the two of us in this house and it is plenty big for everything we need. It browns up French toast beautifully. Because of the mass of this thing, it does take some time to heat up compared to my other pans that are lighter (disclaimer: not sure what the lighter pans are made of, Al?
