  1. Excellent German made pans German made pans in stainless steel. I found you need to coat and season the pans before you use each one. The pans cook your food just right and not real heavy to use and clean. The glass lids fit on the pans and the set works well cooking. I have used no stick coated pans for years and decided not worth the coating coming off the pans and probably eating the coating. I am done with no stick products. Back to pans my Mom used. Must coat the pan with oil before you use, but piece of mind…

  2. Not good for Ceramic stovetops I’ve cooked with this pan a few times now and I dont its a good pan for ceramic top stoves like we have. The bottom of this pan is nice and thick, pretty sturdy. The color is nice, I like the copper looking pans that are out now, thats why I bought this one. The handles are a hard plastic, and seems sturdy, but its nice that it has the smaller side handle as well to lift up the pan when it’s full of cooking food. The lid seems to fit a little loose, its not a snug tight fit like some other…
