I absolutely love this pan! Nothing sticks, it’s easy to clean and it does conduct heat really well. The other day I was cooking some onions and didn’t notice that my pan had slid partway off the burner but the part of the pan no longer touching the heat was cooking just as well as the part that was still touching. I also like the handle, it’s bigger, so it’s easier to grip plus it’s coated so it’s never hot. This pan is much heavier than some other ones I’ve looked at which makes me hopeful…
