Best copper pan I have ever used We started using this square copper pan about three days ago. Every day we have used it to cook simple meals like eggs, burgers and beef stew. I purchased two of these pans for cooking eggs and omelettes. They have been working so well that my husband has been using them every day. It is been three weeks and we have had no issues with the pans. We do not use anything metal to scoop or scramble eggs with. Only plastic spoons and plastic spatulas.
