Good Purchase This is a nice skillet for the money. It has a very good non-stick surface, and works well for sunny-side-up eggs. I don’t put this item in the dishwasher as suggested by other reviewers. I gently hand-clean after each use (once the skillet has cooled), which takes 30 seconds. There is no lid available with this purchase. It is also suggested that you do not use over high heat, or to fry chicken or french fries. Came on time but lower-quality than the ones made in the US NOT like Rachal Ray Porcelain Pan 1 that were made in the USA. Rachal Ray Porcelain Pan 2 are made in Taiwan and are lighter weight and get scratch marks very easy. I am very sad that they are not the same. :(Rachael Ray Porcelain enamels are pots and pans 1 are great. I am really hard on my pot and pans.
