  1. Everything you want in a non-stick skillet This skillet is nearly everything I want in a non-stick skillet. The size is large enough (12″) to cook for a family. The non-stick coating is nice and slick for cleaning. The pan itself is a good, thick, cast aluminum that distributes heat evenly and doesn’t make it easy to burn what you’re cooking. The lid fits well and vents a bit. My only quibble is that the handle on the lid makes the pan a little harder to store in my tiny kitchen. I wish they made a chef’s pan with a lid and…

  2. Better than much higherr priced This is well balanced, well made and is like the description says. Sides are thinner from the edge down making it lighter for the user but yet solid on the bottom. No darn warping so it stays flat on my flat glass top stove for even cooking. The non-stick actually stays non-stick long term without me having to totally baby it like all the new bronze colored suff out now that lasts like twice and then you can’t even cook an egg in it without it sticking.
