nonstick surface Eclipse isn’t better than others, and pan wobbled on the stove I usually buy Cuisinart stainless nonstick in 8″ for $20, and replace about every year and a half due to either accidentally scratching with a fork, or leaving the pan on a low burner with nothing in it… which is actually dangerous.This time I did about an hour research on nonstick on the whitfordww.com website, and it sounded like the Eclipse ™ coating used on this product might be better than the Quantanium ™ used on the Cuisinart… both are industrial coatings made…
