Work well We bought these for our camper to replace some really cheap pans. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on replacements because we do not use them very often. As infrequently as we use them they old ones were so chintzy that they really didn’t work well for cooking.These pans on the other hand work out perfectly. They seem to be well made and do their job perfectly. It’s possible these are sturdy and well made enough for every day use, but for us they will only be used a few times…
but I do like them. This is my second Utopia Kitchen piece of cookware. I purchased this on the basis of the quality and especially the durability of the first pot that I ordered. I boiled off the water in my first pot, seemingly without any damage or degradation to the non-stick surface. That first pot also has zero scratches in the non-stick surface.
