I haven’t had nonstick pans for several years, but I decided to take a leap and purchase this Vremi 8 Piece Ceramic Non-Stick Pot and Pan set with lids, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.   2. I have put these pans to work for the past week and I’m in love! We threw out all our teflon and nonstick cookware a few years ago and have been using our cast iron pan for everything nonstick.   3. Pretty and Practical! This is an awesome cookware set. I didn’t realize ceramic was nonstick! I have been trying to find alternatives to my traditional old-school non-stick pans from the 2000’s! I cook two to three meals a day and these are holding up beautifully! I use lots of meat and onions and these things which often stick to my skillets rinse right off with my hose sprayer.
