Care Instructions
• Do not use aerosol cooking sprays even if it’s the pure vegetable kind. We recommend using self-pump oils or a small bit of regular oil.
• Do not overheat the pans. We recommend 500°F or less. Rule of thumb is to stay around mid-point of your cooktops.
• Even though we are scratch resistant to metal utensils, we ask our customers to be careful with sharp edges like knives and cutters. If possible, we still recommend use of soft utensils like silicone.
• We recommend washing your zuhne pan with just soap and water using soft cleaning pads. Do not use steel wool, metal scouring pads, sharp scrapers, and harsh cleaning detergents like bleach.
• Store your pans properly with plenty of space or padding between them. Keep them away from sharp objects and make sure they can be accessed without having to scrape the bottom of one pan on the top of another.

Awesome pan! Excellent value! I’ve had the pan for a couple of weeks now and put it through a variety of uses just to get a feel for the characteristics of the pan.For starters, the pan is very well constructed. The base is quite thick. It heats very evenly and retains heat well. The handle is solid, comfortable and balances the pan nicely. The walls of the pan are not completely verticle, like a saute pan, but not angled out like a skillet. It’s more of a hybrid. My first test was simply to fry…
Excellent performance at a very reasonable price. We generally use Calphalon branded frying pans at home for cooking. We’ve spent anywhere from 40-100 dollars per pan. We bought this set of Zuhne 8,10,12 inch pans at the urging of a friend and found the price point to be extremely reasonable. On unboxing, the pans are very sturdily built, and the handles appear to be secured very firmly to the base.On cooking, the pans heat very evenly (see pics) and gave a nice even texture to the French toast, pancakes, and hash…
