Great value I bought this pan after reading the reviews. Since almost all were positive, it was an easy choice. My concern was that it would be too small as most pans measure by the top of the pan not the cooking surface. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was as advertised, a 15″ cooking surface. The thick stainless steel bottom heats slowly but evenly which is a must for an electric stove. It’s heavy and has a large envelope so I hang it rather than storing it in a cabinet but it’s not an…
