And even better, I can put this pan in the dishwasher After a number of years, my infatuation with cast iron has faded and I have returned to the market to look try my luck again with stainless steel cookware. This morning I got up, put this pan on the stove to pre-heat on low for a few minutes while I unloaded the dishwasher, then scrambled up some eggs. No sticking whatsoever. And even better, I can put this pan in the dishwasher! I have wearied of the veneer of grime that characterizes well seasoned cast iron. It’s back to sparkling clean…
