A natural choice for making convenient one-pot meals, this versatile All-Clad Stainless 440465 4-Quart Weeknight Pan combines the attributes of a sauté pan and a saucier. All-in-one pan combines wide base for searing and sautéing ingredients over higher heat and sloped rounded sides to contain liquids and facilitate stirring when you’re simmering stews, whisking sauces or browning meats. Lid locks in moisture and heat after browning to finish cooking ingredients, either on the stovetop or in the oven. This pan is ideal for preparing one-pan meals during a busy week. All-Clad’s Stainless 3-ply cookware features a thick-gauge aluminum core that attracts heat fast, while the addition of stainless steel ensures even heat distribution for consistent results across the entire cooking surface, all the way to the rim. Even more, its stainless-steel interior with a starburst finish offers natural stick resistance, letting you know when food is ready to release, and it won’t react with ingredients, so there’s no risk of food picking up a metallic taste. Made in the USA, this stainless-steel cookware offers warp-resistant strength and dishwasher-safe convenience, plus it can be used on any cooktop, including induction. 1. Another All-Clad winner Another winner! We have had for about 3 months now and this is quickly becoming one of the go to pans. It is large (4 qt) and a bit on the heavy side especially filled with supper as expected! Cooks beautifully. We can cook enough for 4 meals (supper and next day’s lunch for me and my wife) with no problems. As many other reviewers have said about all-clad, I just wish I would have bought it much sooner. Great for cooking any kind of chicken and sauce meals and other one pot meals. No…

I have an electric stove top but I still get even heating and no cold spots. All “good” pans have multiple layers which facilitates even heating and insures that the pan will not warp. This adds to the weight but the helper handle negates this entirely. This is a beautiful pan and you will enjoy displaying it as much…
