Two Hands Only I’ve been cooking for 30 years. By no means a chef but I and my family enjoy what I make. This pan cooks like steel should, and cleans easy. The cooking surface is excellent. My Dream Cookware I got rid of all my old Teflon lined pots and pans and bought a few choice pieces from All Clad. Couldn’t be happier. They are solid and heavy. I have found they cook well on my gas cook top and clean up is easy. Run warm water with a little soap in it after you use it and let it soak. Everything comes out easily. If I need to polish it back I use the Bartenders Friend and a light scrub. It is back shining like new. I can tell this and the other pieces will be the last cookware I ever need to…
