Sear, brown, and pan fry everything from eggs to meat with the All-Clad MC2 12-Inch Fry Pan. This pan’s flat bottom and flared sides make it easy to toss food or turn it with a spatula. As with all cookware from All-Clad’s MC2 Collection, this pan features bonded tri-ply construction with an aluminum core and stainless steel exterior and cooking surface for rapid, even heating. Its stick-resistant, 18/10 stainless steel interior ((not a nonstick)and long, comfortable handle will make this a lasting go-to tool for your kitchen. The second generation of All-Clad’s Master Chef line (MC2), this cookware combines brushed aluminum with stainless-steel accents for a contemporary look. Like All-Clad’s other renowned cookware collections, Master Chef provides serious and professional cooks with all the virtues that make All-Clad’s worldwide reputation unsurpassed. Key to its high performance is a three-ply, bonded construction. Sandwiched between the brushed aluminum exterior and an 18/10 stainless-steel interior lies a thick core of pure aluminum that spreads heat evenly across the bottoms of pots and pans and all the way up the sides. The interior is highly polished so it’s stick- as well as corrosion-resistant. Handles, rivets, and tight-fitting lids are all gleaming stainless steel.
This classic slope-sided fry pan illustrates the Master Chef line’s stylish yet practical design. It’s 12 inches in diameter and 2 inches deep, large enough for a professional kitchen but fully functional in a home where big meals are prepared. Its polished 18/10 stainless-steel handle is secured to the pan by stainless-steel rivets for strength, grooved on the top and rounded on the bottom for comfort, and holed in the end for hanging on a hook or peg. The long handle stays cool on the stovetop but won’t be harmed by an oven’s highest heat. Master Chef cookware carries a lifetime warranty against defects and should be hand washed. –Fred Brack

I LOVE this pan First of all, I’ve seen a few reviews giving this a one-star rating because “everything sticks to it.” Duh, its stainless steel and not a non-stick. No matter how good the pan is, if it’s stainless steel inside, you WILL have this problem if you’re not using them correctly. You have to heat up the pan for a little while (never above a medium heat though), and then put in some oil/fat and let that heat up BEFORE you put in any food at all. Look up how to cook on stainless because there…
my parents bought my wife and I a set of stainless from another company and I love using them 12″ Cooked up quite nicely using low heat to caramelize onions. No burning and cleaned up nicely and easily using Barkeeper’s friend. There is a special cleaner available for these pans, however there are also numerous reviews reporting that there is virtually no difference between it and BKF. I would advise purchasers of these pans to read the notes that accompany them. Also, it is not mentioned anywhere that I have been able to discover (except in the cautionary notes accompanying the…

They replaced 7 or 8 year old anodized steel pans that were a wedding present and were completely worn out. Since then, my parents bought my wife and I a set of stainless from another company and I love using them…. but these All-Clad pans just cook and feel better. They seem to hold heat better, cook more evenly, have a grip design that I prefer, and the lid on the saucepan…
