Terrific frying pan look no further Just took delivery of this 12″ fry pan to replace our old 12″ Calphalon fry pan. This is my first experience with cookware from American Kitchen/Regal Ware and so far I’m very pleased. This pan is tri-ply construction which is the best type of construction for a fry pan. I was so happy to find non-stick, induction-ready pans MADE IN USA! Worth every penny! I bought the 8 inch pan originally, loved it so much, I got the 10 inch.These are very well made, made in the United States, and most of all, work with my induction range (Samsung induction is kind of picky – not all pans marked as “induction-capable” work on it).The pans are heavy and solid, the non-stick coating is some new-fangled product that is not supposed to be toxic and is supposed to stand up to metal utensils (I won’t be testing out that claim, though).These…
