  1. great quality Great quality, good weight and sturdy. Used this today to brown butter and the heat distribution is amazing. No hot spots at all!! I’m so impressed that I will be ordering more of this brand. Wish I would have ordered the set of 3. The only thing negative I have to say is that the packing was horrible. It was wrapped in plastic and shipped in a box. No packing material at all. I’m surprised that it didn’t arrive bent or warped. Very pleased with the quality though.UPDATE:…

  2. Fantastic made in U.S.A. Quality product This is a well made sturdy pan, a little pricey but if you want quality, then the price is worth it. No worries about toxic metals such as lead, Cadmium, PFTE and PFOE non-stick coatings. Stainless steel is an extremely safe material to cook with. The handle does not get hot, but it took some adjustment from non-stick coated pans to stainless. You don’t need to use more than medium heat, it will just take a little longer to cook. Cleanup, however, might take longer but if soak the pan in soap…
