Great carbon steel pan. I recently bought this pan, and I have to say I am impressed. I think a lot of the negative reviews here are from people who are not familiar with the intricacies of carbon steel. Very nice pan This is my first carbon steel pan, and it is pretty nice. It was easy to get rid of the protective coating, and have put on my first seasoning. Did not get it as uniform as I would like; but, it is working; with just a couple drops of oil, eggs slide off like nothing.Only con is it is heavier than expected; the handle could be lighter.Ignore the other reviews on the “finish peels off”; that is the protective coating that should not be eaten.Unpackage pan, wash with soap…
