Well Made; Comfy Handle I immediately seasoned the pan with high heat and been using everyday and seems to be non sticking. I clean with stainless steel scrubbing pad together with dish soap. My only complaint is that it is shallow but I have a wok type carbon steel pan if needed. The pan is relatively heavy as the thickness is about 2.0 mm. In comparison my wok type carbon steel pan is about 1.5 mm and my cast iron pan is about 3.5 mm. One thing I’d noticed is that the bottom is flat unlike other pans I bought…
