Great pots, but not for egg whites Instead of remodeling our kitchen we remodeled our pots. Much cheaper.These are as good as everyone says in the reviews.My only complaint is that when I attempted to fry egg whites (without a non-stick spray, as directed), the eggs stuck to the bottom of the pan. (The pan makes scrambled eggs fine, as long as you move the eggs around on the pan while frying.) The pan left a coating of egg white on the bottom of the pan. Circulon refuses to honor their ‘no hassle lifetime warranty’ Its been ONLY 4 MONTHS and the nonstick coating on THREE frequently used pans is failing. The pans are in great visual shape because we treat them well so when we submitted our warranty claim to Circulon they denied it with the statement:”We have very carefully inspected the product photos you provided.
