The best pan I have seen in a long time, you won’t be disappointed i absolutely love this pan, If I could have given it more stars I would have. I’m an avid cook and baker and I won’t use nonstick stuff. Great product, better than expected First I have to commend Cook N Home for the packaging, well done. I purchased the 3-qt which is lightweight, but not so light that it feels too cheap. The handles feel solid and the grips are made of firm rubber with a soft feel and are very grippy. I bought this for use on an induction cooktop, and it works well and heats up fast.
