I’m switching all my frypans the stainless steel all clad like this one OMG(osh!) That’s it, I’m switching all my frypans to stainless steel multi-clad like this one. If you follow the directions posted on the Internet on how to properly cook in stainless steel frying pans, they truly are nonstick wonders without the need for Teflon coating. This review is for the 10 inch frying pan. Stainless steel works well. Once you get used to stainless steel, it is so much better than all the nonstick, Teflon-types out there. It is very important to get the pan hot. I use the water drop sizzle test. I also have a set of the Cooks Standard. I bought the small pan to try it out first. I also use Bon Ami to clean and the vinegar – water mix to get rid of any rainbow effects of the stainless, which is normal as I have learned. Also be sure not to put cold water in the hot pain to clean it. Turn on the faucet…
