FABULOUS pan!!!!! NON-stick when used PROPERLY!!!!! I was hesitant to buy this pan when I read some of the negative reviews… but after looking for 3 months for a suitable replacement 5 quart sauce pan that is a TRUE 5 quart pan, had a STAINLESS lid, AND would NOT break the bank once our stainless pan finally was busted beyond repair.
