Stay away from Cuisinart! This is a fantastic skillet as long as the power cord is functional. We have had one for years and it was by far the best skillet we have ever had until the power cord/temperature probe fell apart. Amazon has been terrific with all the returns I never write reviews. This is the third CSK-150 we will have returned to Amazon in as many weeks. Our original is several years old and works extremely well but is a bit scratched up from all the years of use.
