Mediocre Bought in June of 2013, reviewed on Nov. 2014, so a little over a year of moderate use.I guess I’m a bit in the minority, but off the bat, I felt this pan was mediocre.I started with a pan fried salmon with a soy/sugar based sauce.   3. I’ve had two of these. The first one didn’t last very long. I’d cook this vegan sloppy joe thing that I liked to scorch a little, and that killed it. I’ve made sure to never overheat my current one (never have turned the eye up to more than 75%) and it’s holding up much better so far. I paid a lot more for mine than what’s listed here.
