Perfect for Salmon and Eggs!! Excellent Product! Great quality. The key with Gotham cookware, to perform as advertised as non-stick; is to use low to medium heat. There is absolutely no reason to cook on a higher heat with these pans. I have used all off them numerous times and they work perfectly and still look like new. I do hand-wash these pans to retain the finish. I have cooked eggs (scrambled and over-medium) with only a dime size amount of oil or avocado oil and nothing sticks. Purchased this set a year ago. For the first … Purchased this set a year ago. For the first 6 months, all 3 pans performed as advertised and were a pleasure to use. Within the last few months, however, all 3 pans have become discolored, the coating is chipping away around the rim of the ones we use most often with a lid, and the non-stick surface in all 3 pans is now an “everything-sticks” surface.These pans were not used or mistreated in any way, but they no longer perform as advertised. I would never buy another Gotham…
