Pan is great, customer service is horrible. I like the pan. But here is the issue. On the side of the box, it says 95 recipes included INSIDE.When I opened the package (and I carefully checked everything), there was nothing. No recipe book, no paper to tell me where to download one and most importantly of all, no instructions on how to clean and take care of the pan. easy to clean Pan works well, easy to clean. I like that it is light weight (I have arthritis) so it is easy to lift and pour. The handles are flat instead of being rounded or padded like many pans. They hurt my sore joints. If the pan was not light weight I would have sent it back. I have used it several times with a small amount of oil and on medium heat. I don’t use metal utensils. I expect it to last if I take care of it this way. I will not ever use the metal inserts that are provided. They are…
