  2. Lightweight and super nonstick! I absolutely love these pans. The heat is distributed evenly (I have an electric glass cooktop) and the best part is how easy they are to clean. I love frying up meats and searing because the pans get very hot and all the black burnt on bits just magically come up with a single swipe of a sponge. Seriously, it’s just like in the infomercials.The pans themselves are lighter than my other nonstick pans but feel very sturdy. It’s hard to explain, but sometimes cheap nonstick just…
