Bad enough for me to get my good camera out, charge the battery and take a picture of this warped pan..update I bought this pan mostly because of the positive reviews. Please don’t make the mistake I did and buy this pan. It warps like crazy when heated. The pan bottom was not all that flat out of the box and wobbled a little on the stove top….but I fried a couple of eggs on med-low….not kidding, medium-low, and it bowed up like a rocking chair. It straightens out a little as it cools, but it doesn’t take much heat to distort the pan bottom. What would it do on higher heat?I researched…
A few minor quibbles, but an overall great skillet Two reasons for four stars rather than five. Actually, I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. Compared to All Clad or even Cuisinart Multiclad Pro, this pan is much lighter in weight. While my wrists appreciate that, it tells me the 7-ply claim is somewhat of a gimmick and if there are actually that many true layers they are laughably thin. Not just Kitchen bling Great alternative buy to the Saladmaster pieces which are way too expensive. Made with the same grade of Stainless Steel with Titanium (316ti) as the aforementioned product line, this pan works and cleans the same way.
