Works GREAT on induction! I bought this to see how well “pure iron” would work on induction, compared to induction friendly stainless steel. My theory is that the higher the percentage of ferrous metal in a pan, the faster/more efficient the pan works on an induction burner. At least it sure seems to work that way for me! Absolutely perfect! Not for ostrich eggs! Excellent non-stick natural qualities I love to cook and was looking for a small pan to make 2 perfect eggs that I could slide in a pocket after. I was worried that being iron that it would be sticking very badly, NOT the case at all. In fact I follow the directions and added a little oil and heated up the pan empty for 5 minutes (smokes a bit at the end) wiped it clean and washed it up. The next day I put in a little butter, heated it on low to medium heat, cracked in two eggs and they came out excellent and the slid right out…
