Coating peeling off
Very “non-stick,” but scratches very easily! We really like this pan, however it seems to scratch VERY easily and we have only had it a little over two months! We have taken excellent care of this pan since new, use only silicone utensils (nothing metal), don’t wash it until it cools and always store it with the Ozeri cushion over the cooking surface. With the excellent care that we’ve given this pan, we can’t explain all of the scratches and find that very frustrating! It’s definitely non-stick, but now we’re wondering how long it…
