Caution: Do not buy I’ve only had this pan for two days and have spent over 6 hours with it before putting in the trash. I use many cast iron pans so a heavier pan is not an issue for me. However, this thing is so heavy they recommend using your forearm when lifting it. Trying to move it with hot oil or butter would require a careful plan. As with a cast iron pan, they caution against using detergent as you will need to re-season. As with any new pan, I wash it before the first use. It immediately creates rust…
