Excellent product at an excellent price
Handle gets hot enough to burn you and mesh allows grease to escape While a set of graduated sizes is nice, and they do clean up nicely in the dishwasher, having the handle in the middle of the screen is a huge design flaw. It creates a steam pocket under itself while, perversely, getting hot and somewhat grease covered itself. The hot knob is a burn hazard, but picking it up with a potholder results in grease on the potholder. I think the mesh is not fine enough, allowing a lot of grease droplets to escape.
