HOW TO SEASON THIS STAINLESS STEEL PAN?
1. Preheat with medium or low flame 2-3 mins
2. Put oil in pan, Rub the oil over the entire surface of saute pan
3. Bring it to the point where it just starts smoking
4. Let it cool down completely, when you can see your reflection in the pan, it’s seasoned
5. After some times of use, Re-season it when it starts to stick again

HOW TO WASH THIS STAINLESS STEEL SKILLET AFTER COOKING?
HAND WASH (Suggested)
1. Run it under water (add dish detergent if necessary), before the first time use, use hot water and detergent to clean it
2. Use dry paper towel to wipe it
3. If the bottom become brown, please put water and white vinegar in and cook it, then clean it
DISHWASHER WASH
If you choose dishwasher washing, please re-season it after 8-10 washing as the non stick surface can become dull with some abrasive dishwasher detergents, we suggest hand wash as it is fast and easy
