It’s okay —– UPDATE July 2019 —–I returned my Stone & Beam items and ended up buying a Cuisinart Multiclad Pro set on sale. I also tried a Tramontina pan and then a J.A. Henckels pan set as well. All of these were great.Looking back, the Stone & Beam stuff is still okay…there are just better options IMO. But really…any heavy, fully-clad, quality stainless steel item is a great, versatile choice. So if your main priority is cost and this item goes on sale for dirt cheap…
Surprisingly Great Pan! I purchased this 3-quart sauté pan because I didn’t want to spend the $200+ on the equivalent All-Clad The cladding is indeed fully up the sides which makes for great and even cooking. I usually keep it on medium which is plenty for most cooking. High is really only for boiling liquids. Medium high (at most) for searing something.Pros: Great for every day cooking and pretty to look at. I keep it on the stove. The quality seems pretty good. I’ve had it about a month now. We’ll see…
