  1. Don’t buy this pot! I bought this pot based on the 5-star reviews. What a mistake! Either the pot I received was uniquely defective, or Tramontina uses the poorest quality stainless steel I have ever encountered.When my pot arrived, I washed it well with warm soapy water, rubbing the inside well with a sponge.   3. This might be the last roaster I buy. Ever. Ordered this just in time for Thanksgiving and a 21 pound bird. The cook on the bird was excellent with no problems I could attribute to the pan. The rack was very sturdy and did not flex a bit under the weight of the turkey. It made it easy to transfer the bird in and out with confidence.
