Well worth the money! I purchased a large set of the Tramontina Tri-ply pots and pans. The smallest sized pot in the set was a 2qt one. That was too large when wanting to make gravy or other small items. While there were other cheaper 1 – 1.5 quart pot out there I knew I wanted to stick with the same Tramontia band. They work so well with my induction cooktop and are oven safe, features that were important to me. They are very easy to clean, even cooked on food, with bar keepers friend and I occasionally toss them…
I came away very impressed with how much better this pan was compared to them Heat control is tricky at first because it heats up really fast but after using cast iron and vintage Revere ware for years, I came away very impressed with how much better this pan was compared to them. Rapid, even heating is impressive.Rivets are a negative but this pan is tall enough so that food and oil don’t cook onto them.
