I really wanted to like this pan I really wanted to like this pan. It sounded perfect with an aluminum core sandwiched between stainless. Its also made by a reputable manufacturer. Possible fake – not as advertised. Not sure what’s going on here… I own a bunch of Zwilling J.A. Henckles cookware purchased from Williams Sonoma and bought this 8″ pan to complete my set. Looked good out of the box but now after a few months I’m wondering what the deal is with this pan!
