Dry the frying, add oil, slices of potatoes and a large portion of salt and fry for a few minutes. discard Contents, then briefly reheat frying pan with a little oil, remove from heat and wipe with paper towel. after Use: wipe with paper towel or if necessary rinse under hot water. Do not use dish soap. Dry and re-grease lightly.

This fry pan can be used on all cooking surfaces, such as gas, electric, radiant or induction. Made in France INSTRUCTIONS FOR SEASONING FRY PAN:Before use, wash pan under hot water in mild detergent, use a bristle brush to scrub all protective coating, proceed by thoroughly drying pan. Place in pan the following ingredients and saut?? on medium heat while swirling around entire pan. Amount of ingredient will vary depending the size of pan i.e. medium pan use 1/3-cup oil, 2/3-cup salt, & 2 whole potato peelings. Discard after saut??ing for 10 minutes. Repeat step 2 again.
