Unicook Cast Iron Skillet creates epicurean dishes of gourmet quality, perfect for grilling, frying, cooking, sauté, baking, braising and more.

Use:
Before first use, please rinse the skillet with hot water(without soap or detergent), then dry completely.
Oven safe to 450° F. Ideal for use on any cooktop, including induction.
Do not slide pan on stovetop.

Care:
Be careful to use a mitt to handle the hot skillet.
Allow the skillet to cool before washing.
Hand wash with warm water. Not dishwasher safe
DO NOT use soap or detergents. Avoid using steel wool or scouring pads
To remove stubborn residues, scrub with a mild abrasive, like coarse salt, and a nonmetal brush to avoid scratching the coating

Avoid rusting
Stored with cooking oil in a cool dry place. Cover with a paper towel to protect it from dust.
If cast iron skillets are stored together by stacking, placing folded paper towel to keep them separated is recommended.
Use bamboo or silicone spatula to cook rather than using metal cookware to avoid scratching the coating and prevent rusting
If the skillets are not dry completely before storage, it may develop rusty spot over time. We suggest to scrub it with stiff nylon brush and re-season it.
