4.Cleaning after use: Let the cookware cool.Placing hot cookware in cold water will damage the iron and may cause cracking or warping.Wash with a brush and hot water.DO NOT use soap or detergents.DO NOT wash cast iron in a dishwasher.
5.After cleaning immediately dry with a towel while still warm, reapply another light coat of oil.
6.Storing: It is important to store your cast iron cookware in a cool dry place.If stacking together with other cast iron pieces, it is best to keep them separated by placing a folded paper towel between them.

Also as it is made of Aluminum, so it should not be put inside a microwave.

  5. How to clean the skillets?

    6. Please use a soft sponge or fiber cloth, soap and water to clean the skillets.

    Do not use any metal to scratch nor abrasives as it will damage the coating.

  6. What is PFLUON?

    7. PFLUON is a PFOA-free and safe to use solid coating, that gives non-stick abilities and easy to clean to the skillet.

  7. Can these pans be stacked?

    8. Our skillets can be stacked, however a soft cloth between them is recommend to protect against scratching.
