How to Cook with Nonstick?
– Use correct heat setting. Switch to low heat for warming, simmering and preparing sauces. Adopt medium heat for frying, grilling, saute, searing or stir-frying; Adopt high heat for boiling or reducing liquids. Do not exceed 260 degree F.
– Preheat the pan. Nonstick cookware can take a minute or two longer to preheat compared to aluminum or stainless steel cookware.
-Never allow liquids to boil dry.
-Always let the pans cool before washing.
NOTE:
-Mental utensil is not allowed, Use silicone or wooden ones is preferred.
-Cooking food with hard shell is not recommended.
– Use soft sponge or clothes to clean with dish detergent. Wire ball is not allowed, will scratch the coating.
