A worthy addition to my apartment kitchen just rec’d this Gotham Steel 9.5″ “squared” pan and – simply because it was delivered ahead of time and I hadn’t purchased eggs – I actually was able to pour in a can of my favorite soup, add vegetables and some chicken in it and cook up a nice meal, with those ingredients fitting comfortably in the pan … on my Eco4us induction cooktop, I found 70% power for around 30 seconds, then 30% for the rest of the cook time, stirring into the center with a silicone spatula gave the best…
Gotta Love Gotham!!! I’ve recently retired and have assumed the domestic responsibilities which includes meals. I had seen these products advertised, so when the pans we had became my responsibility, they were out and Gotham came in.
